CCPA Compliance: Automating the Intake and Fulfillment of Consumer Requests
Original Broadcast date: September 5, 2019
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) has introduced new privacy rights for California residents, including the right to access and delete personal information. These new rights, along with the requirements of the law, have created many challenges for organizations responding to consumer requests to access and delete their personal information. As a result, organizations need an efficient way to discover what data they have on these individuals across their IT ecosystem and retrieve it to fulfill consumer requests and meet CCPA compliance.
Additionally, organizations need the ability to scale these efforts and automate the fulfillment process in the event of a large influx of requests. Join us for this educational web conference as we discuss best practices and commonly used approaches to automate the intake and fulfillment of consumer rights requests under the CCPA, how to integrate with the most commonly used business applications that house personal information, and how to leverage AI intelligence and machine learning to analyze and detect the movement and storage of data across those applications.
