This year the Asia-Pacific region has seen numerous major developments in data protection. Among the major changes is the international data transfer mechanism in Asian countries. Given the growth and importance of the Asian market, this webinar will discuss the developments that took place in India, Japan, Singapore and South Korea and how each country’s data transfer mechanisms impact data flows from or to the United States.
