The Bulgaria and Norway Chapters invite members to their joint virtual event with a focus on the widely discussed topics surrounding Artificial Intelligence. The discussion is moderated by Bulgaria Chapter Co-Chair Irena Koleva and Norway Chapter Co-Chair Steinar Østmoe, who will speak with two experts in the field: Dessislava Fessenko and Luca Tosoni. Dessislava Fessenko is an antitrust and technology lawyer, a researcher in the fields of ethics and governance of digital technologies and of AI in particular, and a certified information technology professional. She has more than 18 years of experience working on compliance with the European Union competition, data protection and technology regulations, and public policies in these areas. Luca Tosoni has experience with artificial intelligence from the Norwegian and Italian supervisory authorities for data protection, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority and Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. He holds a PhD from the University of Oslo entitled "The Fundamental Right to Cybersecurity: Inception, Implications and Limits."
