With legislative proposals such as the Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, and the Data Governance Act, the EU is setting out its strategy for a data economy. The proposals go beyond the EU GDPR to regulate the use of data. This session aims to help the audience navigate this complex draft legislative framework, in particular the interplay with the EU GDPR. The speakers will give insights into the EU's strategy and set out the key take-aways for privacy professionals.
