Privacy and data protection in healthcare is fragmented across various laws. How do the GDPR and the WGBO relate to each other? And how about special sectoral legislation, such as the Wabvpz? During this event, we will first outline the general legal framework of privacy and health law. After that, specific attention will be paid to cooperative partnerships and security in the health care sector, such as NIS2
Privacy en gegevensbescherming in de gezondheidszorg is versnipperd over verschillende rechtsbronnen. Maar hoe verhouden de (U)AVG en de WGBO zich tot elkaar? En hoe zit het met bijzondere sectorale wetgeving zoals Wabvpz? Tijdens dit evenement zal het juridisch kader worden geschetst vanuit het privacy- en gezondheidsrecht. Na het algemene kader zal nog specifieker worden ingaan op samenwerkingsverbanden en beveiliging(sincidenten) in de gezondheidszorg, zoals ook de NIS2.
