This is a special joint meeting with the Austria, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leipzig, Luxembourg, Munich, Rhine-Ruhr, Stuttgart and Switzerland KnowledgeNet Chapters.

Topic:

European Privacy Network

Join European privacy leaders in a unique setup! Over the course of an entire day, speakers will discuss topics that range from everyday questions that keep coming up to high flying deliberations on emerging regulatory and technological challenges - and everything in between. Attendees can expect a mix of data protection matters and the intersecting questions of the season. This includes operationalizing AI, data governance regulations such as the Data Act and Data Governance Act, and urging security frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA. A hint of different local regulatory and legal specifics across European countries guarantees an exciting change of pace and sets the theme for a social evening event with plenty to discuss. Organized by almost a dozen local IAPP chapters, this gathering follows the theme "From experts for experts!" After the presentations, attendees are invited to participate in a networking session to further connect with peers and discuss key takeaways.

Thank you to DPOrganizer for their generous support by donating refreshments for this meeting and GvW Graf von Westphalen and DataGuard for donating meeting space.
