Topic:
Rock-a-Bye Safety: Ensuring children's protection through age assurance
US states are increasingly requiring the use of age assurance or age verification measures to promote safe online experiences for children and young people. As this policy issue gains traction, it faces technical, practical, and legal challenges affecting a wide range of stakeholders across the digital environment and society more broadly. This panel brings together experts to clarify the legal, practical and enforcement questions at stake.
