Topic:

Navigating Digital Regulations: The Latest Digital Developments, Corresponding Regulations and How to Tackle Them

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, change happens at a breathtaking pace and sometimes with the blink of an eye. As the digital era accelerates, lawyers and lawmakers are working tirelessly to keep up. In this KnowledgeNet will provide an overview of the latest global digital developments: What’s happening worldwide and where are these trends heading? The discussion will also explore how regulators are responding to these shifts at national, European and global levels. Are these regulatory approaches aligned, or do they differ? And how are these differences being addressed in a borderless online environment? Finally, the session will focus on strategies for preparing for the future and staying ahead of emerging challenges.
